Gunmen open fire on worshippers in Kaduna mosque, kill 20

Unknown gunmen opened fire on Muslim worshippers as they were leaving a mosque in northern Nigeria on Sunday, leaving several people dead.

The attack happened in a remote village called Dogo Dawa, in Kaduna State.

The Kaduna state police commissioner confirmed the incident and said troops have been deployed to the area.Villagers said at least 20 bodies were counted after the attack.
